Kanpur. On Friday morning in the village of Bilhaur area, the woman attacked and cut off the private part of the brother-in-law. After this, the woman also cut the veins of her hands with a knife. On information, the relatives took the injured brother-in-law to the Kotwali. Police sent both the injured for treatment.
A woman resident of a village in Kotwali area told that the mental condition of the elder son is not good. Because of this, the daughter-in-law fights every day in the house and threatens to implicate the family. She has also tried to hang herself. On Friday morning, the unmarried son was sleeping, meanwhile the daughter-in-law attacked him with a knife and cut his private part. After this the daughter-in-law also injured her hands with a knife. When she reached the room, both of them were taken to the Kotwali in injured condition. Police sent the injured woman and youth to CHC. Where after first aid, the doctors referred the youth to Kanpur LLR.
The villagers told that due to the mentally ill of the husband, the woman has a relationship with her brother-in-law. After an argument between the two over some issue, the woman cut off the private part of the brother-in-law.
SSI Vimal Prakash said that both have been sent for treatment. On receipt of the complaint, action will be taken after registering a case.
