Renowned director SS Rajamouli’s recently released and blockbuster film RRR is now ready to explode on the OTT platform after the theatres. The film gave a tremendous competition to all Bollywood films. RRR was released in theaters on 24 March. The film was released in 5 languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Zee5 has told that the film is releasing on May 20 in four languages i.e. Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada but Hindi will have to wait a bit longer. Zee5 will announce this film in Hindi on June 2.
Directed by SS Rajamouli and starring South Indian superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR, RRR has successfully completed its 8th week in theaters across the country. Although it is now being shown in cinemas across the country but in select cities of the country. The craze of this film is still on people’s heads. This is the reason why the film has earned bumpers from theaters across the world. The film has so far earned Rs 1150 crore globally. The film was successful in doing business of more than 200 crores in the Hindi belt.
The pace of the film stopped when it was hit by Yash starrer film KGF 2. Earlier, films like Bachchan Pandey and The Kashmir Files could not spoil it. Shahid Kapoor’s jersey also failed to stop it and finally the film is releasing on OTT. This film in Hindi language is being screened on OTT platform Netflix on June 2, 2022. The Hindi language audience is eagerly waiting for this film on the OTT platform.
