Jaipur. Model Gungun Upadhyay jumped from the sixth floor of Ratanada Hotel in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Before committing suicide, he called his father and informed him about it. However, Gungun was admitted to the hospital after falling down, where his condition is said to be stable. Doctors say that Gungun has fractured his ribs and leg due to a fall from a great height. However, his condition is out of danger.
Police said that Gungun had come to Jodhpur from Udaipur on Saturday. She stayed at Ratanada’s hotel here. On Sunday, he called his father. Said that father, I am going to commit suicide, just look at my face. After this, father Ganesh Upadhyay contacted the police. ACP Derawar Singh traced the location of Gungun on the basis of the phone number and reached the spot. However, by then Gungun had jumped from the sixth floor.
Police said that the model has been admitted to Mathuradas Mathur Hospital. Doctors say that Gungun has lost a lot of blood, so she is not in a position to talk at the moment. As soon as he regains consciousness, interrogation will be done. However, the reasons for the suicide are yet to be ascertained.
